Need help with gpsp emulator the bios doesnt work

hi i am having problems with the gpsp gba emulator and the bios files i need didnt work and arto14 tried to help but it was futile

he needed the bios bin and i sent him the link, but it didnt wor i even sent him a different link but still no go. any ideas?
