please help me to get homebrew!!

hi. sorry to bother you but im kinda a newbie to homebrew and i would like to rum it on my psp. i would also like to use the cheat device for gta: vcs. the details of my psp are:

japanese import - version 1000 (the x and o buttons are mixed up on the xmb)
firmware v3.30
it does not have writing on the back of the motherboard.

again sorry for any trouble caused and any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

You'll need a copy of lumines to be able to complete the downgrade tho.

Once your finished with that post back and i'll link you to a easy installer for the other stuff.

You dont need to... although i do highly recommend it if your considering playing backup psp games and customizing the look of your psp's interface.

Here's an auto installer for 3.40 OE-A...Format your memory stick before proceeding (just to keep things on the safe side)

Just follow the instructions from the program and you should be fine.


Once your done updating to 3.40 OE-A, format your memory stick once again to clear off the updater files and it will also create new folders for you so you wont have to manually make them.

Homebrew goes in GAME150
Psp games (iso/cso) goes in ISO
