how do i put videos on my psp?

i have a 3.40 OE-A psp, and a movie file with the .mp4 extension... i think thats the one i need, but it wont show up on my psp? or do i need a different file type? help is appreciated.

Rename the video to (MAQ00002.mp4 for your "100ANV01" folder) or (M4V00001.mp4 for your "100MNV01" folder) for each new video increase the last number(s)

You'll find those folders located in mp_root

creating a new folder called "VIDEO" and putting all your mp4 files there usually helps.
