help for ps1 games

ok this is weird i download a ps1 game vandal hearts and its in .mdf format do i just put that in the ISO or game folder?

it needs to be converted to an eboot and keys then create a new folder, throw your eboot and keys in there, then throw that folder into your game folder.

aight i was thinking that cuz im creating it into a iso then to a eboot as we speak wat through me off was the .mdf i was like wtf? lol

yeah .mdf is a cd image file created by a burning program like alcohol 120%...so yup, your right with your choice to convert it to iso then eboot and keys
