iRShell installation help

I need help installing iRShell. I'm putting it in to my 3.52 M33-2 custom firmware PSP, but when the instructions say something like "extract the files to your PSP", I get lost there. Can someone plz be kind enough to give me a detailed step-by-step tutorial to install iRShell? I'd really appriciate it.

Well "extracting is the term used to "extract" a file from the compressed .rar file that most downloads are. You use the program WinRar to open those files. You can go here to download the trial version of WinRar.
But which ir shell are you installing on your psp? 3.81 is the latest right now.
here is the download

I'm using the iRShell Packgen on pspbrew. Im using iRShell v3.0 Full SE-C. And when i'm talking about extracting, i should've been more specific. Dumb me. Anyways, i meant that i have all the files and stuff, but where in my psp do i extract it to? GAMES? MP_ROOT? What?
P.S. I downloaded, with it, the Vista Clarity theme and the Samsung and Sony remote.

I'll go ahead and download the file to see how it's set up, one sec.

Alright, open up the .rar file.

Then the 'iR_Shell_3.0_Full_for_SE-C' folder.

Then the 'MS_ROOT' folder.

Copy/paste the 'IRSHELL', 'dh' and 'PSP' folders to the base of your memory stick. (where the VIDEO/MUSIC/PSP/PICTURE folders are)

Then once you exit out of that, go to your psp and then GAME -> Memory Stick, there you should see the iR Shell app.
