Im new and in need some help

Ok Im a complete idiot when it comes to brew, and I need help choosing a brew setup thats best for a newb, which apps should I get?

Well some of the stuff I use are DOOM,
gpSP 9(GBA Emu),
Daedalus 13 (N64 Emu),
DGEN 1.70 (SEGA Genesis Emu),
Neo-CD something (Neo-CD Emu),
Some other stuff, theres plenty of homebrew out there.
