homebrew without homebrew capable psp?

im a noob, most of the tuts ive read state that i need another homebrew capable psp.

i dont have that.

i just bought a psp slim (psp-2001) and i want to get crazy with it.

i guess i just need a little clarification.

can i start this from scratch?

i'm pretty sure that if you want to put cfw and "get crazy with your psp", you either need a homebrew capable psp or you need to buy the Despertar del Cementerio (pandora battery for psp slim) to make it capable.

or if you live near Charlotte NC, i could lend you mine

my friend has a bricked fat psp, can i take his battery and make it a pandora? is that where i start?

Now what u can do is since you dont have a Homebrew enabled PSP, is Use D+C TOTALNewbie easyinstaller.
But 1st you gotta hardmod your slim battery.

u dont hardmod the slim batt it wont work u hav 2 hardmod an old phat batt
