PSP noob questions need help

Hi im new to the psp so i hardly know anything about it. I gotten mine from some and all i know is that it has 3.80 M335 on it and all i really want to do is put games on it and i have no idea how to do it, so please if you feel like answer let me know ^^

also its a fat psp if someone is willing to IM me or chat give me a play by play go at it i would much appreciate it.

iso's go to the iso folder on the root of the memory stick. if its not there make it. normal games go in this "psp/game150"

is there like a play by play tutorial so i know what to download and what does what like i said im new and know nothign so im prolly gonna be a little annoyign to deal with
